How to Run the Finance Learning Center
A 15-week interactive financial literacy experience that turns students into Financial Agents in Training.
Prepare Your Training Academy
Select a staff member, instructor, or volunteer to serve as the Training Agent. This individual will lead each weekly session, present the training materials, administer quizzes, and guide students through their missions.
Distribute the Mission Packets
At the beginning of each session, provide every student with a Secret Agent Mission Packet. Students must keep their Mission Envelope sealed until the Training Agent gives permission to open it.
Begin Agent Training
Introduce the week's financial topic and explain the training objective. Students then watch the Agent Training Video and learn the financial concepts they will need to successfully complete their mission.
Complete the Agent Quiz
After the training video, students complete the Agent Training Quiz. The quiz reinforces the lesson and confirms that students understand the financial concepts before beginning their mission.
Unlock the Mission
Once the training video and quiz are complete, the Training Agent gives students permission to open their Mission Envelopes. Explain the mission, objectives, rules, materials, and expectations before students begin.
Complete the Financial Mission
Students use what they learned during Agent Training to complete the week's mission. End the session with a short discussion connecting the financial skill to real-life decisions and situations.
Official Agent Attire
Agent attire is required for Mission Training Assemblies and helps create the immersive Financial Agent Training Academy experience.
Train. Learn. Complete the Mission.
Follow this process each week for all 15 missions and help your students build financial knowledge, confidence, and real-world decision-making skills.
